Hoping to give you moments of serenity, we ask you to read the regulation carefully; we are confident of your full cooperation and understanding.

The booked units are available after 17.00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated no later than 10.00 on the day of departure, taking care to tidy up and clean the kitchenette.

It will not be possible to stay inside the structure on the day of departure. On changeover days, all villas and service structures must be sanitized, these operations will require time, consequently departing guests will not be able to use the services, but must leave the structure no later than 10.00 am.

On the day of arrival, only one member of the household must go to the reception to collect the keys and deliver any documents.

During your stay you can contact the reception by WhatsApp at n. 348.1641709 or by phone at 0884.706123 from 8.30 to 20.00.

Our guests will not be able to receive relatives or friends outside the structure.

The use of the swimming pools is allowed from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00. It is mandatory to take a shower before diving and put on headphones. The use of fins and balls is not allowed, nor is the access of bicycles and scooters on the swimming pool squares. The umbrellas in the pool are free, however, it will not be allowed to occupy them with towels or other before the actual presence in the pool; otherwise the lifeguard is authorized to remove any object left to occupy sun loungers and parasols.

The beaches open at 8.30 and close at 19.00. It is not allowed to occupy the umbrellas before 8.30 am.

For each accommodation you have an umbrella and two sunbeds, assigned for the entire period of stay. The first row, as always, will be paid and upon reservation until availability is exhausted.

Reservations are recommended at the restaurant, it will also be possible to order take-away meals.

Noises that disturb the rest of other customers are prohibited from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm and from 12.00 pm to 7.00 am.

Cars must be parked in the designated parking areas. We remind car owners to always proceed at walking pace inside the village.

The entrance gate and the beach gate are closed at 8.30 pm, after this time you can use the badge supplied with the keys.

There is a pedestrian gate near the minimarket.

Respect for the environment is a principle of civilization, therefore we invite our guests to carry out separate waste collection.

Guests are advised not to buy oil from door-to-door sellers, as they are not authorized by the management. While scrupulously checking, they sometimes manage to evade surveillance.

The management declines all responsibility for any theft or loss of valuables. Anyone is required to deliver any objects found to the management.

We remind dog owners that it is mandatory to always wear them on a leash and, if necessary, to be fitted with a muzzle; it is forbidden to take them to common areas, such as: swimming pool square, bar, restaurant, playground and private beach. The village has a large area reserved for dogs without the obligation to wear a leash and muzzle. Animals are under the direct responsibility of the person accompanying them. We also remind you that, in respect of other guests as well as of the current legislation, it is a rule of good manners to ALWAYS collect the needs of your dogs.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO REMOVE ANYONE WHO DOES NOT COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE REGULATION FROM THE STRUCTURE.
